  • 1 and 1/3 C All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/3 C Milk
  • Sliced Bananas
  • Bridgeton House homemade granola
  • Hemp, Flax, Chia seeds
  • Toasted Pecans
  • Sliced almonds
  • Goji Berries
  • Cacao Nibs


  1. Make smoothie with yogurt & blueberries (or strawberries, what ever fruit you have)
  2. Divide smoothie between 2 decorative bowls
  3. Artfully add Sliced Strawberries, Bananas & about a 1/4cup of granola to the top of each bowl as
  4. Add about 1-2 TBS of the rest of ingreidents depending on taste in a 'sprinkled' fashion on top
