Ingredientes

  • Ham or Canadian bacon
  • Shredded Swiss cheese
  • Eggs
  • Heavy cream
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Paprika
  • Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  1. Butter 4 ramekins and place a layer of ham or Canadian bacon in the bottom of each. Sprinkle each with 1 oz of Swiss cheese. Break one egg over top of Swiss cheese, being careful not to break the yoke. Pour 1 teaspoon of heavy cream on top of each egg. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes.
  3. Serve one ramekin per person, garnish with parsley before serving.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with paprika and 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan on each egg.
  5. Bake 5 additional minutes or until white is just set.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
