Bake the pie crust at 320 degrees until lightly browned, then cover the bottom of the crust with Monterey Jack Cheese. Mix together the asparagus, tomatoes and green onions and place over cheese - it should come just to the top of the crust. Cover vegetables with Monterey Jack Cheese - at least 2 handfulls and then sprinkle with Gorgonzola Cheese and the Monterey Steak Seasoning.
In the blender mix the eggs, cream and about 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes and 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg. Pour over the vegetables until it comes to the top of the pie crust. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for an hour.
