  • 1 and 1/3 C All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/3 C Milk
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Oregano for Garnish


  1. Place the Naan Bread and Proscuitto on a grill and heat. When proscuitto is slightly crisp place on the Naan bread and top with 1 tbsp Parmesan. Broil till melted and lightly brown. Meanwhile, add the olive oil to a cold frying pan. Crack eggs into pan and top with remaining ingredients except for the fresh oregano. Place lid over eggs and cook over medium high heat till desired doneness. Place the Naan bread on serving plate, top with the eggs and garnish with the fresh oregano.
