  • 6 Large Organic Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups 2% milk
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 chopped Fresh Organic baby spinach
  • 1/2 lb mapel bacon natural or certified organic
  • 1 1/2 cups Shreadded organic cheese, feta, cheddar, or swiss
  • 9 Inch home made or frozen pie crust
  • 16 oz Organic Ricotta Cheese

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Bake pie crust until light brown and crispy.
  2. Combine the certified organic eggs, certified organic milk, sea salt, and certified organic pepper in a food processor or blender.
  3. Mix certified organic spinach and ricotta well with a fork, add certified organic maple bacon, and mix well.
  4. Place certified organic spinach mixture in the bottom of the pie crust, then pour the certified organic egg mixture on top. Put certified organic cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the egg mixture is set. Cut into 8 wedges.
