Parboil New Potatoes, Allow to cool in refrigerator.
Preheat saute pan to medium heat. Add oil (enough to coat pan)
Chop potatoes into 2-4 pieces as desired.
Cook potatoes in pan, tossing to ensure all sides are cooked
Just before serving pour hoisin sauce into hot pan with potatoes and toss with sesame seeds (optional). The sauce should melt and coat the potatoes. This will happen quickly and as hoisin sauce has sugar it will burn if left in pan too long.
Using tongs quickly remove potatoes and place carefully onto serving plate. Serve immediately.
