My sister, myself, and 3 friends stayed in the top floor room to celebrate her bachelorette party. We were there for a weekend and can't say enough about Pat, the service, and the inn. The location is FABULOUS. Service and food were great. We really enjoyed the property. I will definitely stay again next time I visit St Augustine. Thanks Pat for your service, flexibility, and wonderful disposition!

What a wonderful respite during a busy family wedding! From the moment Pat greeted us with a hug after a long day's journey we knew we would be well cared for. Barbara's exquisite breakfasts, and the staff's consideration of everything an MOB would need made our stay the best B&B experience we've ever had. If you are looking for a B&B in Saint Augustine, the Kenwood Inn guarantees an amazing stay!

My husband and I just got back from a 3 day wedding weekend. This place is awesome. The owner, manager, and support staff are absolutely amazing. The house is impeccably decorated, keeping with the historical theme of Saint Augustine. We always felt right at home. Don't forget to take advantage of breakfast in the morning. Food items were different everyday that we stayed. The first day was fruit and granola parfait, sweet bread slices, and a croissant with eggs and cheese. The second day was buffet style with pancakes, stuffed breakfast roll, mixed fruit, hash browns, ham, and many other items that I cannot remember at the moment. I didn't make it down for the third day, but my husband said hat one of the items on the buffet was a huge whole fish. Love this place!!!

Our Wedding Day at The Kenwood Inn was a memory my husband and I will never forget. It is elegant and romantic, but also casual and charming. We had 50 guests attend our wedding and every one of them had a great time and still talking about how beautiful every detail was. There was a perfect flow between the Koi pond courtyard and the beautiful pool area for the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception. The Kenwood Inn is a stress-free venue! Pat is there every step of the way to take care of all the details. She went out of her way to help accommodate our last minute frantic request for a venue on a specific wedding date. Our original venue was cancelled on us less than 3 months before the big day! We feel this was a blessing in disguise because The Kenwood Inn was everything we had imagined for both in a bed and breakfast and our wedding venue. Pat and her staff were beyond helpful, caring, kind, and made our family and friends feel like they were right at home. All of our special requests were never declined! (Your maintenance guys were AWESOME!) The memories we made the night of our wedding are truly memorable and it was by far the best night of our lives. We cannot be more thankful for the wonderful team at The Kenwood Inn and especially Pat for her personal help when needed the most. Ps. We are already planning our anniversary back there!

My husband and I stayed for two days at the Kenwood Inn, about a week after Hurricane Matthew. Though the inn is close to the water, all traces of the hurricane's invasion were gone, and the inn was operating as usual, in itself something of a feat. Our room was clean, well-appointed, and aesthetically very pleasing and comfortable. The breakfasts included as part of our stay were lovely to look at and delicious to eat. But best of all, the innkeepers extend to all guests a special feeling of hospitality and service, which made our stay especially pleasant. We will always choose the Kenwood Inn when traveling past St. Augustine.
