Ingredientes

  • 4 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder

  • 1 cup Dried Fruit (your choice)

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt.
  2. Add the butter chunks and rub into the flour mixture. The end result should resemble coarse meal about the size of small peas.

  4. Incorporate the sour cream and mix. Do not over mix or the scone will be tough instead of light and airy.
  5. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out batter and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake 15-18 minutes or until tops are lightly browned.
