Beat egg whites until they are very stiff, set aside.
Beat egg yolks adding the sugar, salt, and 1/2 cup milk.
Stir in sifted flour, baking powder and the rest of the milk
Gently fold egg yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites.
Cook on pre-heated griddle. Spreading the batter out to make a thin pancake. Serve with fresh fruit and whipped cream. Drizzle over the top fruite or almond flavored syrup.
