  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • All purpose flour
  • Eggs, beaten
  • Half & Half
  • Roma Tomatoes, sliced in circles
  • Fresh Chopped Basil leaves


  1. Bake 35-40 minutes until center is nicely browned and domed. Let sit out for at least 20 minutes so eggs will set. Cut into 6-8 slices.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat an 8 inch quiche dish with non stick spray.
  3. Combine cheeses. In a small bowl toss 1 cup of combined cheeses with flour. Place the cheese/flour mixture in bottom of quiche pan. Add the rest of the cheese on top.
  4. Lightly wisk eggs together, add half & half and wisk till frothy. Pour egg mixture over cheeses.
  5. Sprinkle shredded basil leaves on top of egg mixture and lay tomato slices on top.
