We had a lovely stay at the Parkview B&B in Reedsburg, WI. It was our first visit to that area and we loved the B&B. Neil and Lorraine were great to suggest things and restaurants. We enjoyed the Art Tour. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer. Hope to return in the near future.
Lorraine and Neil have developed an outstanding B&B in just a short time. The accommodations were very comfortable, the atmosphere relaxing, and the breakfasts were outstanding. They are so welcoming that we were even given a tour of the basement! They take great pride in their B&B and we would not hesitate going back for another visit when in the area.
Thanks to Neil and Lorraine for a wonderful stay at the Parkview B&B. My first time in Reedsburg and it was last minute trip. So glad they could accommodate me. Lovely room, wonderful & warm hosts, and an amazing breakfast. Highly recommend the Parkview and look forward to returning again.
My husband and I drove up for the weekend. Really enjoyed our room, the food, the fellowship of the owners and other guests. Received good advice on where to go for entertainment and dinner. We will definitely return to Parkview
This beautifully maintained 1800s home in downtown Reedsburg is nestled in the Driftless area of WI; one of the most beautiful parts of the U.S. The new innkeepers are wonderful and their joy in what they do obvious, and Lorraine's cooking is delicious (you'll love the homemade cookies in your room)!
We had a lovely time staying here for 2 nights. The owners, Neil & Lorraine were very warm and welcoming. They were willing to help you in any way that could, and Lorraine, gave us brochures, and recommended restaurants. She even made a reservation for us the first night. The place was quiet and very clean. Lorraine and Neil have hot coffee or tea waiting for you at 7am and provide a three course gourmet breakfast at 8. All in all it was a delightful experience and I recommend it highly.
We booked this b&b direct, from Australia, when looking for an overnight stay on our travels through WI to Door County; the location was perfect and Lorraine and Neil could not have been more welcoming. Beautiful rooms with the finest attention to detail, and hosts who made us feel special, ensured we had the most comfortable stay one could wish for. Well done! oh, and Bentley was a charming part of the family. Our booking was for 1 room only, but Lorraine very kindly offered the extra room to give us some space - thank you so much. If we are ever up your way again, we will certainly stay at your wonderful b&b. All the best.
Neil and Lorraine think of everything imaginable to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Can't say enough about our amazing stay at Parkview B n B. Great food, great people, and a piano in the living room. ¿¿
Our stay was wonderful! My husband and I were looking for a mini getaway at the Dells. I found Parkview B&B online and noticed that the rates were so much better than staying at a hotel in the Dells. Parkview B&B is also only a 20 minute drive from the Dells so I decided to make a reservation and I'm so glad I did. Our stay was relaxing because we weren't in the hustle and bustle of everything but still close enough to all the fun. Lorraine and Neil were wonderful hosts as they were friendly and hospitable. Lorraine asked if we had dietary restrictions and I mentioned that we are vegetarian so she planned a delicious breakfast around that. We truly enjoyed meeting Bentley, their miniature poodle. He was adorable! We will definitely stay again next time we want to visit the Dells! Thank you again Lorraine, Neil, and Bentley!
We rented 2 rooms at Parkside in July 2016. The Innkeepers, Lorraine and Neil, just purchased the property and made our stay memorable. Not only were they hospitable, they went out of their way to make us feel at home. I felt like I was visiting my sister for the weekend. The Inn was spotless and the decorations were perfect for such an old home. Lorraine cooks up a mean breakfast! They were knowledgeable about the area and offered up suggestions on where to go for dinner or sightseeing. I highly recommend you visit Parkview B&B and experience a weekend with Lorraine and Neil!
A wonderful B&B with great hosts. Tom & Donna were friendly and helpful but not overly so. Just right. Terrific house and lovely bedrooms. Very comfortable. Donna's breakfast was outstanding. We had reservations for a Taliesen tour the next day and it was only a short, lovely half hour drive. Quite handy.
A clean, well decorated and restored older building just off the main street of Reedsburg. The breakfasts were tasty creations made from scratch with beautiful presentation. The owners were happy to join in the lively conversation with new and returning guests.
Our room was a tad small, although not the owners fault.I had booked another room but someone else wanted it and we conceded since we weren't there to sit in our room. Breakfast was delicious and hosts kind and helpful.
Our stay was over the Memorial Day holiday this year. We enjoyed the Seifert Room (sp?) during our two night stay. To start at the beginning...it's been many years since my last B&B stay and this particular weekend I had the privilege of introducing a close friend to the pleasures of a B&B. We arrived in the early side of the published check in times and were greeted by Donna the Innkeeper. We were shown the room, given the specifics and asked about any dietary restrictions. We had the rest of the day to explore the room and the surrounding area. We spent time in the local area and Spring Green. Our first breakfast was nothing less than magical. Donna is the epitome of the perfect innkeeper and served us the absolutely most perfect delicious breakfast we've ever experienced. Crustless quiche, fruit compote, potatoes perfectly prepared. Oh my. The second day was as perfect as the first. Local exploration, a perfect breakfast hosted by Donna and Tom, who by the way, are both excellent conversationalists. The room was very comfortable, with great linens, great mattress. There was a TV with DVD and cable service for the local news and what not. We had a private bath which was perfectly suited to our needs. Oh, and the coffee and zucchini bread was awesome!!! Sorry. Needed to mention that. To sum up. Highly recommended. Such a bargain and in such a great location. Book now!
The atmosphere is fantastic. The rooms are a little old, but the place has a charm and the owners are making the guests very comfortable. Breakfast was terrific! It was a pleasant stay. We will go back!
Charming, big old house located near downtown Reedsburg and the 400 bike trail. Hosts were friendly and served a delicious breakfast. I stayed in the Garden Room which was comfortable and homelike. Definitely recommend this place.
This was our 1st experience at a B&B and they have now set the bar high for all other B&B'! The cleanliness, friendliness & the dining was spectacular. My husband as we were getting ready for bed that night, who has a birthday coming up, said he now knows what he wants. He would like for me to find a B&B close by to us with some activity going on for his birthday gift. This is from a man who says a vacation is working on our property.
Great hospitality and fabulous food. We give this bed and breakfast five stars and a plus for being such nice hosts. Thanks Donna and Tom. All that was missing was cooking from Donna for dinner too!!
We spent two nights at Parkview recently while we were in the area to attend plays at American Players Theater. Great service! Great rooms! Wonderful breakfast!! We stay here whenever we are in the area - would recommend Tom & Donna's hospitality to anyone!!
We stayed for one night at Parkview, on a road trip across Winsconsin. We were made very welcome, the house is beautiful, the bed comfortable and food amazing. Our hosts were interestign and formative. Definitely recommended.
