Joseph Stone is a wonderful host. His knowledge of his family home, coupled with the extensive pictures, memorabilia and the house itself made for an excellent time. We truely enjoyed his piano concert and breakfast the next morning was fabulous. Natchez is a wonderful little time capsule of a town. We look forward to staying with Joseph again.

Stone House is the only way to really experience the Antebellum charm of Natchez. You stay in an antebellum home surrounded by antebellum furnishings with a host who has all of the charms of a southern gentleman. The breakfasts are elegantly served on the best china and the food is delicious. Best of all, our host delighted us with a concert of piano creations from the 19th century. We were sorry to leave and can't wait to come back.

Joe Stone was an excellent host! Couldn't have been any better. Our stay in the cottage was first class. Well we're treated with a superb musical program by Joe as well as a excellent southern style breakfast. We appreciated his passion for keeping musical talent and his family history alive. Recommend the J. N. Stone House to any wanting a taste of Southern Hospitality. M&M Pratt Jensen UT

If you want a unique experience at an antebellum home do not miss the J.N. Stone House Musicale B&B. The rooms are well appointed with antiques and unique historical items. The Stone history and contribution to Natchez adds to your enjoyment of your stay. Joe, a professional musician, will educate and delight you with his piano concert. A must event if you are in Natchez no matter where you stay. The fine breakfast is served by your host. We meet interesting people at both the concert and the breakfast. We will be back to this beautiful city.

My husband and I were in town for a conference during the spring, our stay at this B&B was the highlight by far. While my husband was busy most of the weekend, I thoroughly loved looking around the house and taking in all of the history. The music room, pool hall, and dining room were beautifully decorated - we both enjoyed the breakfast tremendously (the Limoges china was beautiful and the food was fantastic). Even though we had a function that made us miss the concert, Mr. Stone played a few songs for me before our visit was done. I think his playing, along with the beauty of the house, made it a trip to remember! I would (and have) reccomend this B&B to anyone who is looking for a great getaway and a home that has been preserved beautifully!

Natchez is a great place to visit and there are many choices for places to stay but hands down The Stone House is the only one worth staying at. If you are fan of history, classic charm, wonderful food, and impeccable service, this is the place for you. The owner, Joe Stone, helped make our anniversary a wonderful experience. If you are there for his weekly piano concerts, be sure not to miss it. We will be back, thank you.

I took my two granddaughters for an "overnight" to Natchez. They are only 12 and 9 and thoroughly enjoyed their time there. We stayed in the master bedroom at the Stone House and everyone loved it. Breakfast was delicious!! I recommend this bed and breakfast to all. Small, intimate, lovely.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Mr. Stone! The hospitality was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful, served with good hot coffee ( a must for me!) and a delightful menu both well presented and served in manner that created a sense of warmth and style. The late afternoon music performance was not only well performed but carefully planned to please those with musical background and those less so. We highly recommend the Stone House.
